How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All items offered at Cosyshops are made-to-order. Every product is printed just for you according to your specifications of design, size, and color at our company, one at a time for the best quality! We do not hold any stock, which means your items are manufactured only after you place your order.
- Processing and Shipping Time:
All orders will have a manufacturing time frame of 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) prior to the order being shipped, regardless of the shipping method selected.
You will receive your order once sent within 7-12 business days (applied for orders to the US). For international orders please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. The final delivery is usually via your local postal service.
The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Under some unexpected conditions, some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.

Here’s how we break down of our shipping prices (for US only):
For the order from $0 – $29.99, the shipping cost is $6.99
For the order from $30.00 – $39.99, the shipping cost is $7.99
For the order from $40.00 – $48.99, the shipping cost is $8.99
For the order over $49.00, the shipping cost is totally FREE
Return Policy
Items purchased from COSYSHOPS are custom made and printed just for you. Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective.
If something you received is defective or not up to our usual standards please contact us via contact@cosyshops.com with a picture of the damaged item and your order number and we will gladly take a look for you to see what went wrong!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, which must be in unused and new condition.
All return shipments are shipped at your own expense.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, refunds are only applicable to products that are defective or have been damaged, broken, or deformed due to a manufacturing error, our error, or during the shipping process.
Such items must be reported through our Email: contact@cosyshops.com within 72 hours of delivery confirmation, including submission of images that show the defect, damage, or incorrect item. Upon approval and at our option, we will issue a refund less shipping and handling fees or send a replacement item to you at our expense. We may require, at our option, that the defective, damaged, or deformed item to be returned.
Products that are in new condition may, at our option, and less shipping and handling fees, be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value, or refunded.
There are certain situations where no store credit, exchange or refunds or only partial store credit, exchange value or refunds are granted (unless required by applicable law); these include:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery;
- Any order qualified for a free shipping promotion has a base shipping fee which remains in effect as identified in the Shipping section below
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, be advised that depending on the method of payment you used, and the bank you use, refunds can take 5 to 7 business days to credit back to you. This is not within our control, as it falls within your financial institution's policies.
If more than 7 business days have passed since you received a refund confirmation email from us, contact your financial institution for more information.
If 10 business days have passed since we issued you a refund and you have contacted your bank with no resolution, submit a ticket through our Help Desk and we'll contact our payment processor to see if we can help you.
